Pets are fostered in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio. We do out of state adoptions, but we no longer arrange transport. 

Sadie thought she had a forever home, about a year ago. But her big brother has failed to accept her as a family member. Now her mom and dad are relinquishing her. Groomed, heartworm tested and updated on all vaccines this week. She will be ready for adoption by the weekend. Her people tell us she is loving and affectionate, but is very afraid of the older, dominant Jack Russell in their home. Requested donation for the adoption of Sadie is $145 to $225 (sliding scale.) More details to come as we have her evaluated for kid, cat and dog friendliness. UPDATE: Sadie did fine with my female Jack mix. And was introduced to two other dogs here without issue. She may do best in an only dog home, but we would definitely consider another female dog as a companion for her. Sadie has always been great with kids (per former owners.) *** Sadie has a new home in Pompton Plains, NJ.
